I know I’m cueing the doomswitch, but out of the last 11 sessions I’ve had only one down session. Mind you, the last one is only up 0.90, but it’s all good, and even the down session was only $2.50 or so down.

No big up sessions. The only times I stacked anyone were shortish stacks at 10nl, and maybe one or two short stacks at 25nl as well. The session included 3 at 50nl on 2 or 3 tables, 2 at 10nl with 10 tables, and the rest at 25nl. It’s interesting to note that 3 tables of 50nl don’t seem to generate as many FPPs as 6 tables of 25nl, maybe because of the jump between the 0.40 rake needed for 1 FPP and 1.00 rake for 2. Or maybe because you don’t often get in between sized pots in general, you either get two or more players liking their chances or a tiny pot.

Last session I’ve noted some lack of patience with short stackers, especially ones that I have few hands on. I shoved over a min 3bet with 77 and spiked a 7 on the river to suck out on KK, but then on another table shoved 44 on a T99 flop to lose to 88 that had flatted my raise.

Still, my 25nl is down about 2 buyins, though 25pl (which in general I don’t differentiate) is up but 25nl is down like 4.5 buyins. In other words, I still haven’t managed to recover all the losses from that downslide yet. It’ll be nice to get there eventually, but it’s going to take a while so it’s not something that I’m pressing.
