I dunno about A4; it's not going to hit too many flops hard, but depending on the situation open raising anything can work; you just need to wait for the good situations and not get too excited about flopping top pair. I still remember a friend of mine talking about a hand where he raised Q2s from the button against someone that was already tilted against him. The flop gave my friend a set of 2s and his opponent had opted to try to trap with AA ....

And it might not apply to every player, but I notice players nitting it up or LAGs as HEM does track even Rush Poker nowadays.

The main adjustment I've noticed from fish is the postflop spew. The A4 hand you win right at the beginning of this poker video is a prime example of it, this is were our edge can really be defined by winning these $200 pots they spew their stacks into rather than the $1.50 we may occasionally win when we raise 8-6s from UTG.
It is far more important to have good hands we can call with when our opponents shove with 77 on a A4T board.
Plus no-one will notice us nitting up and we'll get paid off.

I think that like anything that's new, the play changes quickly over time. And now that the trackers support it, the play seems to be improving.

But definitely, as you say, the nits and maniacs are easier to see now.
